Laura Corbett, Realtor

Laura values her role as your local Myrtle Beach real estate agent. She has worked, raised a family and been an active member of the local community for over 25 years giving her an intimate knowledge of the Myrtle Beach area. Her customer focused and professional service have led to success and recognition from both her clients and her peers. Her experience as a former marketing executive is a bonus for her clients who are looking to sell their homes. As a Realtor® and marketer, she provides her clients with the advantage of a targeted, strategic, plan for attracting buyers.

Focused on excellence, Laura strives to stay on the cutting edge of the ever changing real estate market. She has secured several professional designations to better serve her clients, including, the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) for assisting her buyer clients, the RSPS (Resort Second Home Property Specialist) to help both buyers and sellers of investment properties and second homes. She stays in tune to market trends and knows that today's savvy, well informed buyers and sellers require a Realtor® who is not only professional but also accessible. In addition to her real estate career, she and her husband, Ken, manage a portfolio of rental properties which helps give her insight into the needs of investors seeking properties that will demonstrate a maximum return on investment.

Possessing strong negotiation skills, integrity, and professionalism, Laura is focused on customized, client service. In addition to being a Realtor,® Laura serves on the board of a local non-profit ministry for teens, is active in her church, enjoys gardening, fishing, painting and, of course, the beach.
