The waterfront property's floor plan includes 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and a lounge area with wet bar. As with all CRG custom projects, this home was built with the highest quality construction practices and no detail was spared.

This custom CRG design/build project is a North Myrtle Beach vacation home modeled after the original which was destroyed during a hurricane. Following the devastating storm, the homeowners were eager to recreate the beach house they loved! The CRG architectural team was able to redesign the home as close as possible by maintaining the general layout yet modifying slightly to allow for better functionality and use of space.
