Before we break ground in the Grande Dunes community, we want to announce the plans for the new spec home our design team has completed one of the few remaining lots in the Grande Dunes!

The new Italianate style home, one of the five styles of homes allowed in the Grande Dunes, is characterized by a formal design, symmetry, a barrel tile roof, and stucco exterior. This particular one level holds one large master suite, three guest bedrooms, three full bathrooms, one half bathroom, and a cabana bathroom with exclusive outdoor access. Though the home has plenty of space, our design team took special care to ensure every square foot had unique details, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.

CRG Companies is moving to a new and improved office!

Our designers finished the design on a gorgeous office complex to be built off 17 Bypass above the Garden City Connector. Once we started drawing up the initial plans for our new office, we realized this space would be the perfect place for retailers looking for a high traffic area to feature their businesses!

The CRG Companies office will feature two floors to accommodate our growing staff including the CRG Design Team, managers of the CRG Construction Team, and the CRG Real Estate Team.
