CRG Home Harvest Benefits Heroes For Children of Horry County
CRG HOME HARVEST FESTIVAL SUPPORTS LOCAL CHILDREN
The second annual Home Harvest Pumpkin Giveaway & Festival to benefit Heroes for Children of Horry County was a great success raising over $3,000 in donations. Held annually on the third Saturday in October, the CRG Home Harvest began as an opportunity for our team to give back to the community which has rapidly become a much-anticipated fall event attracting over 3,500 attendees.
PUMPKINS WITH PURPOSE
This free, family-fun event is far more than your average fall festival! A highlight of the day, the pumpkin patch filled with 1,500 pumpkins set up in the Pelicans outfield, raised a total of $3,250 in donations for the organization which provides support to the Horry County Guardian ad Litem Program and ultimately, the children in foster care.
Fall Family Fun In Myrtle Beach
It was a gorgeous fall day with inflatables, face painting, a pumpkin patch, games, pumpkin painting, hayrides, and live music from The Painted Man Band.
New this year, an array of unique vendors including Living Dunes, Beautycounter by Kristy Guyton, Hulafrog of Myrtle Beach, Lula Roe by Kim Berbary, AR Workshop of Myrtle Beach, Vines Plumbing & Water Restoration, Right Fit Solar, and Gateway Mortgage were available with informational services and retail goods for sale!
Special Thanks our local Sonic Restaurants for donating FREE Sonic for a YEAR! The lucky winner guessed the correct number of Sonic mints in the jar!
Local bakeries, Johnny D's, Pink Pineapple, and HGTC Layers, joined our Sweet Treat Contest bringing their best fall-inspired delights for everyone to enjoy. Festival goers sampled the baked sweet treats and had the opportunity to vote for their favorite.
