Our design and construction team worked with these homeowners to create a primary residence with unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean that would be  suitable for a family lifestyle. This recently completed Myrtle Beach home designed and  constructed by the CRG team began as a renovation project. Like many, especially on new home purchases, once the remodel work begins issues arise that are impossible to detect ahead of the project. Often these unforeseeable problems make renovations more expensive and cumbersome than a new construction home. For this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath beach home, our team quickly realized that the original home was poorly constructed and building new would be a more viable option for the homeowners.
