Pawleys Island and Litchfeld Beach are great places to own an oceanfront home. The homes in Debordieu Colony and Prince George oceanfront are not rented, both of these communities are gated exclusive oceanfront communities. Many of the oceanfront properties in both Debordieu Colony and Prince George are on large lots.
