Our CRG Construction team recently completed this beautiful remodel featuring a screened porch addition for a home in The Bluffs on the Waterway, in Myrtle Beach. Affording the homeowners three seasons of comfortable outdoor living and entertaining space, this room was specially designed by our team to seamlessly match the rest of the homes existing exterior with stucco walls inside and out. To maintain the original two story living room, our team replaced several windows for ones that fit the design better for optimal views. Before & After Our designers worked hard to remodel this older Surfside Beach home for a client that wanted a vacation home for their family. Much of the home needed updating especially in the kitchen and living room. Upstairs, the client wanted a larger master bathroom and more welcoming bedrooms. In addition to updating the home and adding space for a family, our in-house home technology team installed an automation system for convenience and entertainment.

We had many people ask why we would plan such an extensive remodel on a home that seemed to only need some basic updates. On the surface, the home built had beautiful hardwood, interesting architectural details, and beautiful bathrooms.
