2017: Quarter 1 Analysis

The 1st quarter has demonstrated a strong start to residential real estate sales for the Coastal Carolina market in 2017. Despite some menacing unknowns faced at the beginning of the year such as rising mortgage rates, changes in national leadership, and increasing home prices, sales have remained steady in annual comparisons and we anticipate they will continue to improve in the coming months which are typically stronger in the Myrtle Beach market.

The CRG Team had a very strong start to the year in Q1, perhaps on of our best, and are continuing to see appropriately priced listings moving faster than the market average. We have also experienced more interest in homes than the current market inventory can support, making now an excellent time to list your home for sell.
