Charlotte’s professional expertise includes a diverse background including working with custom home builders, land developers, among trade organizations as well as in real estate. It’s this range of industry experiences along with her passion and excitement for design and her exceptional organizational skills that makes Charlotte the perfect fit with the CRG design/build team. Her ability to understand and effectively communicate on all aspects of the design/build process bridges the gap between homeowners, vendors and our construction team. 

She is a graduate of the University of Hartford with a degree in Early Childhood Education and Behavioral Studies, holds a Trane Certification and maintains a South Carolina Real Estate License.
