Kadin Karschner hails from Wellsboro, PA, and holds Bachelors in both Architecture and Construction Management, along with an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Engineering Technology. Kadin studied at Alfred State College in Alfred, New York. In 2015 he joined The American Institute of Building Design (AIBD) in order to pursue a Certified Professional Building Designer designation.
Growing up in Pennsylvania allowed Kadin the freedom to explore the outdoors; he enjoys dirt biking, four-wheeling and skiing. Even so, his interest in architecture developed early. For his Senior project in high school, Kadin designed the home his parents would later build on a piece of land they owned in the area. During college, he worked with a Preservation Architect in Corning, NY. Based on the stories of his grandmother, a native of Camden South Carolina, Kadin relocated to Pawleys Island shortly after graduation to experience the southern lifestyle.
