If you are new to the area or just ready to get out and about, St. Patrick’s Day 2021 is tomorrow and our event guide, is full of fun things to do whether you choose to stay in or head out to one of the many annual events around town! Pick your favorite cocktail, a set of green clothes and celebrate at these local hot spots!

St. Patrick’s Day Parties Along The Grand Strand

O’Keefe’s Irish Tavern in Murrells Inlet is starting their annual block party early with Kegs and Eggs at 9 a.m. and live Irish music all day long. They’ll also offer food and drink specials, promos, live bagpipes and a free shuttle from Inlet Square Mall. 

Head to Main Street in North Myrtle Beach for the annual St. Patrick’s Day Celebration at Flynn’s Irish Tavern beginning at 9 a.m. They’ll have live music including Chris Cary on the fiddle from 4-6 p.m. and cool gifts from the Irish Whiskey Promo girls. Get your fill of corned beef and cabbage and Guinness at one of the most authentic Irish Pubs in the area. 

Finn McCool’s has one of the most famous St. Patrick’s Day parties along the Grand Strand each year. Victor Cunneen comes down from NY each year to play his tunes for St. Patrick’s Day. They serve up plenty of beer and traditional Irish Fare with seating inside and out. 

Celebrate with ocean views at Molly Darcy’s at the Beach in North Myrtle Beach. They have live music, a special Irish menu and plenty of Irish beers on tap. Enjoy one on the oceanfront patio out back or dance inside to the music. 

Luck of the MarshWalk will begin at 5 p.m. Wednesday, March 17 with drink specials, live music and plenty of green. Each restaurant will serve up Irish dishes and their take on special cocktails. Dress up in your best Leprechaun gear for a costume contest and you could win cash and a credit towards a trip to Ireland!

Celebrate At Home WIth Traditional St. Patrick’s Day Food & Cocktails

Make a St. Paddy’s Day party right at home with your famliy and friends!

Pull together your favorite green decorations for a festive table setting and celebrate the Luck O’ the Irish right at home with a traditional Jiggs Dinner of corned beef and cabbage with Irish soda bread on the side or whip up a Shepard’s Pie. Or try other classic dishes include the corned beef reuben, fish and chips and Guinness Beef Stew. You can find plenty of recipes all over the web for easy to make recipes right at home. Serve it all up with a traditional Guiness or an 'Irish Eyes' martini made with Irish Whiskey, Crème de Menthe Liquor, cream and a maraschino cherry for a garnish. Slainte!
