CRG Companies, Inc. Realtor Receives RSPS Certification

Stacy Cook, of the CRG Real Estate Team, has been awarded the Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) Certification. This certification is a nationally-recognized designation awarded by the National Association of REALTORS® to real estate professionals who wish to demonstrate and promote their expertise in the resort and second home specialty. As a Realtor on the Grand Strand, this allows Stacy to assist both her colleagues and clients who are seeking investment properties along the South Carolina coast.

Stacy joins more than 1,600 real estate professionals nationwide who have earned the RSPS certification. REALTORS® who receive this certification have successfully completed the Resort & Second-Home Markets course along with webinars in the field of resort and second home real estate. She now joins other real estate professionals who specialize in buying, selling, or managing second homes in a resort, recreational, and/or vacation destination and properties for investment, development, or retirement. 

As a custom home builder in a coastal community, a high volume of the CRG Companies home owners are looking to maximize their property usage for rentals, vacationing, and retirement. This designation not only allows Stacy the opportunity to better serve our clients, it also allows for networking with agents across the country to assist with homeowners looking to relocate to Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand.
