CRG Companies Welcomes Kris Dumas | New Construction Sales Mananger

We are proud to announce Kris Dumas has joined our construction team as a Construction Sales Manager!  

Kris will be the new liaison between our homeowners and construction team, making the process seamless and efficient and ultimately adding to the overall customer experience. At CRG, we’ve made high standards in construction our practice and this reaches past our daily operations to include how we work with our customers.

Since 2009, we’ve steadily grown to expand our service areas and now encompass all of the steps in the home purchase and construction process building a full-service company with complete construction, design, real estate, and, more recently, home automation teams for our customers. Kris will work to coordinate all of the steps for our new construction homes serving as the single point-of-contact for our clients.

Native to Myrtle Beach, Kris obtained a bachelor’s degree in business and accounting from Flagler College where his studies focused on economics and political science. Kris has a strong background in business management, ownership, staff recruitment, and retention as well as a working knowledge of the construction and real estate industry in South Carolina. As a Myrtle Beach local, he truly understands the market!

Kris joins our growing team which has increased over the last year to include custom artisans, a technology team, and several additional real estate agents. As Horry County continues to be a leader in new home construction, we’ve stayed ahead of the curve by developing a crew led by industry experts. Kris will carry on the focus of high standards in our construction and real estate selection process that our customers expect and will assist in ensuring their vision for the home is executed efficiently and on budget, every time.
