Harold Lawrence Joins Our Real Estate Sales Management Team ??

Harold’s position as Client Care Manager is an essential part of our sales process. Working closely with our Client Relationship Manager his focus is to provide support and direction to new clients during the initial phases of their myrtle beach area property search.

Identifying Your Needs

As our Client Care Manager, he will follow up with new home buyers to determine if they are looking to sell their current home, buy new, renovate or build. He will also assist with utilizing our online search tools to their fullest capacity and aligning each client with the perfect team member once they are ready to tour homes or land for sale in the Myrtle Beach area.

With effective communication skills and expert ability to build rapport with clients, Harold’s qualities are reinforced with over 15 years of experience and success in sales and lead generation. He followed his studies at Bergen Community College with a diverse sales career and is known for continuously exceeding sales objectives.

Personal Attention

This new position within our real estate division rounds out our customer service team that was implemented in late 2015 with the addition of our Client Relationship Manager, Rainbow Russell. It’s part of our ongoing effort to bring each client a higher standard of customer service in the home buying, designing, and building process. By adding these positions to the team we are ensuring that each homeowner continues to receive a high level of personal attention as our company continues to grow.

Recent initiatives such as the launch of our Real Estate focused website (SellingMyrtleBeach.com), the expansion of our real estate team, and our upcoming relocation magazine, have increased our customer base exponentially. These team members work to ensure the CRG Companies philosophy of providing a higher standard of locally focused service maintains as we continue to grow.
