Dormers Designed For Views & Sunshine

Oceanfront homes are often remarkable for their spectacular views and abundance of sunshine due to their traditional designs focused on lots of windows! But this homes original roofline didn’t maximize the property’s prime location. The CRG team designed a large dormer above the main living space to not only provide views of the seascape from the second floor and welcome sunlight but also to create a more open feel by extending the ceiling to the second floor.

There is a drastic change in the ambience of this space with the addition of natural light. This upgrade gave the interior of this home a whole new feel! Various other remodel projects were implemented by the CRG team in this home to influence the aesthetic appeal and value.

New Pool Bathroom

The original pool bath was only accessible from the inside of a pantry. The CRG team completely renovated the bath creating a door to the outside and updating the interior with tile to withstand the wear of sand and salt.

Master Bedroom Ceiling & Balcony

The master bedroom is now accentuated with a shiplap presidential ceiling. This adds a great decorative element providing instant style and perceived height.

Now the homeowners can now fully enjoy their intimate outdoor space as the master bedroom balcony was reconstructed by the CRG team.

Custom Built-In Cabinetry

 Featuring beautiful new cabinetry and a built-in dry bar, the den is going to be the new go-to room in this oceanfront home.

Utilizing the space under the stairs, the CRG team designed a spacious walk-in pantry for additional storage and convenience. A custom designed built-in was also added to the guest bedroom.

Durable Decking

The decking and swimming pool area were completed resurfaced and Azek composite handrails were installed.
