If you're more into getting that sweat on at a local gym or Crossfit facility, Myrtle Beach has plenty of options to choose from. Planet Fitness, recently winning best gym on the Grand Strand, has locations in Conway, and Myrtle Beach. These 24-hour gyms allow people to come and go as they please, conforming to different work schedules. Fitness Edge, another favorite to the public has three gyms with one serving as an MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) gym in Conway by Coastal Carolina University. Other locations include: Carolina Forest off of 501, and Murrells Inlet.

New to the area, KindBelly has caused excitement among Myrtle Beach. Located off of 38th Avenue, their menu stretches to meet the needs of almost everyone. They have vegan options that are perfect for a quick and healthy alternative to both breakfast and lunch with entrees including: smoothies, salads, and wraps. Also very popular is Bay Naturals, a health food store located off of 76th Avenue. Not only serving a number of healthy food choices, Bay Naturals also serves as a local market for organic products and healthy vitamin essentials.
