Hi... we were wondering how much land do you own with these Jamestown Landing properties. Thanks. Nancy

They are set up through a HOA association so all owners own the land in common. Association fees will be around $250 and will cover insurance, common maintenance, pool, basic cable, etc...

We should be able to start taking reservations in the next week. They will be starting construction on the first 3 units by the end of next week. The first unit should be completed in 60-75 days.

What is the starting price of the 2 bedroom/ and HOA for 2 bedroom....

The two bedroom is being sold for $139,900 and this includes granite, custom cabinets, ceramic tile, upgraded trim, solid core interior doors, pre wiring for home automation, 9' smooth ceilings, hardie plank siding, stainless appliances, and much more. The HOA will be approximately $280 a month and will include insurance, trash pick up, pool maintenance, cable, and management. Owners will only need insurance to cover the contents of their property.

There is not a model to view yet, we just started construction on 3 units August 2010, the first unit should be completed within 90 days.

How many of the units have sold? What is the downpayment to reserve a unit?

#11 By Preston Guyton at 8/20/2018 4:18 AM

We just started taking reservations last week, we were waiting on the final approvals. We have several people interested in the property, as of now we do not have any reservations. With the website, brochures, and billboards going up over the next 2 weeks, I am thinking we will be able to get several reservations soon. The reservation deposit will be around $3,000, we are going to get the final details completed this week.

photo above shows a pool. Is this for our use? Any other amenities?

#13 By Preston Guyton at 8/20/2018 4:18 AM

The pool shown above is already built and is for the use of Jamestowne Landing residents. This would be the main amenity for the development.
