Licensed Architect Joins CRG Companies
CRG Companies is Proud to Welcome Daniel Patane To Our Design Team!
This addition to the team represents one of our most dynamic changes in terms of services we can provide in recent years. Following suit with our tradition of evolving service areas to meet the demands of our market, Daniel Patane, RA, AIA is a Licensed Architect that will allow CRG Companies to become a fully Licensed Architectural Firm in the state of South Carolina.
To our customers and vendors, this represents an even easier process in finalizing home plans as we will now be able to provide stamped residential home plans- eliminating the need for an outside Architect. For our community this means expansion into more commercial projects and additional neighborhood planning projects such as the Living Dunes development that began construction a few weeks ago. CRG Companies will now be able to offer developers and clients the ability to land plan, design, build, and sell projects within one company.
Daniel has been a licensed Architect in the state of New York since 1991 and is awaiting licensure in South Carolina as well as facilitating the process of CRG Companies becoming a fully Licensed Architect Firm. Prior to relocating to South Carolina and joining the CRG team, he was one of three founding partners of a leading upstate New York firm. As a Senior Project Architect, Dan is well versed seeing projects from start to fruition, leading design teams in conceptual designs through construction documentation and coordination with specifications and various project consultants and engineers.

In addition to New York and South Carolina, Daniel maintains licensure in Texas, New Hampshire, Georgia, Delaware, and Iowa. He is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and is an Associate Member of the The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) as well as member of the American Institute of Architects.
