New Broker-In-Charge, Same Great CRG Companies Higher Standard of Service

As part of our continued dedication to bring each client a higher standard of customer service in the home buying, designing, and building process, we are excited to announce Rainbow Russell has been named our Broker-In-Charge.

Rainbow joined CRG in 2015 as a Client Relationship Manager and has a proven track record of maintaining relationships with our clients, supporting our sales team and managing all brokerage operations. During her tenure she has spearheaded the creation of our Client Care Team who handle inside sales, managed the on-site sales team of Living Dunes as well as provided guidance and support to the Realtors of CRG.

As Broker-In-Charge she will oversee all brokerage operations, to include the oversight of over 20 active Realtors^® as well as our inside sales team and continue to manage the on-site sales team at Living Dunes.

Rainbow’s professional background includes extensive experience in residential property management as well as managing the operations, sales, and marketing of multiple properties and developments. She is skilled at customer expectation management, sales staff training, real estate sales and is dedicated to ensuring that all clients receive a higher standard of service. Rainbow holds a Masters of Business Administration from Loyola University as well as a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Psychology from Southwest Missouri State. She is certified as an Active Adult Specialist in Housing (CAASH) by the National Association of Home Builders and is also a licensed Realtor in South Carolina.

Active in the community, Rainbow serves on the Community Outreach Committee and Chairs the Housing Committee of The Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors. She is also a member of Heroes for Children Board of Directors and is a guardian ad litem in South Carolina.
