A lot has changed since new home construction began in summer of 2018 at Living Dunes, our first planned neighborhood in the Grande Dunes. Living Dunes continues to remain open and practicing all COVID protocols to keep our team, homeowners, employees and future clients safe! We are on-site daily and request private appointment for home tours as well as offer virtual showings of our homes for sale. Summer has been busy to say the least as we closed a record number of contracts in July!

CRG Companies and Living Beach Partner To Bring A New Development to Myrtle Beach!
Plans for the much anticipated, Living Dunes, a new neighborhood in the Grande Dunes community of Myrtle Beach are underway! Initial planning and permitting phases are now complete and reservations as well as groundbreaking for the community are slated to begin within the next few months.
The New Neighborhood
Only a short golf cart ride to the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway, Living Dunes is comprised of a 52-acre tract of land which includes 10 acres of lakes. Developers selected this area for it’s natural beauty, proximity to local businesses, schools, and medical facilities as well as the amenities offered as part of the Grande Dunes community.
Nationally known land planner, LandPrint Studios along with Architectural firm, Brown Design Studio have worked with the CRG Companies home design and construction teams as well as Living Beach to create a walkable, urban design that incorporates the natural surroundings with a historic feel. The result is an eclectic design that boasts miles of walking trails, ponds and green spaces throughout the neighborhood where future residents will have the luxury of on-site community events, neighborhood cookouts and more!
As a neo-traditional neighborhood, the community design will foster a neighborly environment with large front porches and a Lowcountry style of home design that isn’t traditional in this area of Myrtle Beach. CRG Companies and Living Beach have worked to develop a master plans for the community that will allow for a mix of home including townhomes, single family homes, live/works and “couples cottages” with prices ranging from the low $300’s - 600’s. Residents will also enjoy a dedicated amenity center and pool in addition to the Grande Dunes ocean club and Marina.
