Stacy Davis Joins the CRG Team

Welcome Stacy, Realtor and Interior Designer, to the CRG team!

With nearly 15 years of experience in the Myrtle Beach, SC market, Stacy has a diverse background in residential interior design, selection process management, and real estate sales. She will work closely with our homeowners to streamline the design selection process across all CRG Companies divisions including construction, home design, and real estate. A South Carolina local, Stacy holds a real estate license with experience being on-site at an award winning 55+ community in Murrells Inlet.

Stacy’s portfolio ranges from remodels, custom homes, and production building with a focus on management as well as design. In addition, she is credited with developing a selections process for a local community encompassing over 350 homes as well as managing the finishes for all homeowners. Being both a Realtor and Interior designer brings a very unique perspective to the CRG team and our clients. This diverse experience coupled with her expansive knowledge of the Myrtle Beach market and it’s history will allow Stacy to assist clients on multiple levels throughout the home buying and construction process.

A Unique Approach

Having also owned her own custom interior design business she grasps the importance of truly understanding the way a client would like their space to feel and function. She’s been involved in every step of the process, from walking into a open home to brainstorming with architects before construction begins, she realizes that every step is crucial to the end product of creating a space that feels like home. From selecting finishes and identifying styles of the home to the final details of furniture and accessories, Stacy will lend her expertise to our team and customers to develop a unique style for each home.
