We are proud to announce our newest CRG Companies office in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is open for business!

Located in the Northwood Shopping Center (conveniently joining the likes of Fresh Market, Bay Naturals, Second Cup and the Boom Boom Wine Room) this location, like our Garden City office, will be full service for all clients. As a custom home builder and real estate broker along the Grand Strand, we know that access is important to our customers and vendors, making this location perfect for serving new and existing clients who are living or vacationing on the North end of the Strand.

Of course, we renovated the space to create a showroom for our customers as well as a functional workspace for our real estate, construction, design, technology and marketing team. Office highlights include technology integrations of automated sound and security as well as custom artisan works including a wood wall and barn doors crafted with reclaimed wood salvaged from a vineyard in VA. Fixtures and architectural details throughout showcase some of the detailed work we provide standard in our homes such as custom cabinetry and molding and of course we have implemented many ‘green’ practices to help reduce the impact of our daily office operations as much as we do in our construction process.

Our Myrtle Beach location is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturday from 10am to 5pm, we always have a Real Estate Agent on duty to assist you with securing your dream home.
