Our Construction Sales Manager will collaborate with you and our team to understand your vision and budget. If you haven't selected your home site, we can help you find the perfect community to fit your specifications.
Once your homesite has been secured, we conduct a full assessment, ensuring the perfect placement of your home in the natural environment accounting for any existing structures and neighborhood restrictions regarding home design. You'll then meet with our home design team to customize a plan for your dream home.
To simplify the process, we will handle all architectural review board submittals and obtain permits on your behalf, saving you time and money! We’ll regularly contact you with updates and photos as your home is under construction.
Before moving in, you'll have a New Home Orientation with your designated Project Manager to introduce you to the systems that run your home.
